John and Guy are the goat. Will only be using them for anything garage door related. Superior customer service. Extremely skilled and did quality work in a quick manner. My spring broke, came in same day, replaced both springs like a champion. No fuss no issues. Just straight craftsmanship.

I have used OC Garage Doors in the past to fix an old garage door. I called them again in January because the spring snapped. Guy came out the same day and replaced the springs with the heavy duty ones. Today I called because the door wouldnt stay closed- it was an issue with the motor. Once again, guy came out and fixed the garage door. They are prompt, polite, and affordable. I trust them to do a good job in a timely manner and so will only use them because they are the best.

I just want to recommend this place for their great customer service and quick response. I called one morning and spoke to John, and needed the garage door to be repaired before my trip the same day. He sent me a technician for an estimate right away, without charging any fee upfront like other places. And he was able to fix the door quickly. Definitely recommend!!

Called on a Sunday afternoon and John answered his phone and sent me a tech with in an hour. Technician was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Explained to me everything in detail and I ended up getting a new opener. He did the work very fast. Explained everything he installed for me. The pricing was very reasonable considering it was a Sunday afternoon. Would definitely call up Orange County Garage doors for future repairs. Great service from the tech.

I have two garage doors and one of them was having issues. Guy came over and suggested replacing the unit since it was already 23 years old. Ended up replacing both units as they are about same age. Very pleased with the installation and overall work. Price was in my opinion on the steep side even with discount.

A spring on my garage has broken and I had expected someone might be available in a few weeks, but I got Alex within 3 days at a time that was convenient with my work schedule. Garage door breaks Friday morning. Not good. Research OC Garage Doors. Good reputation consistently online. Call John, he answers promptly. Sends technician my way. Guy arrives early evening and explains all work needed in detail. Gets to work asap. Guy was very professional and a nice person in addition. Finishes job in about 90 min. Door good as new and no impact to my busy family. John stays in communication entire time during the job to ensure no issues. If this is the level of professionalism you want in a contractor, call these guys! Thx for a smooth process.

Excellent experience! Work completed in San Juan, Capistrano on 7/26/2023. Service window was met. Courteous, informative and honest are attributes that made this project go smoothly. Work completed same day. I was provided a thorough explanation and multiple options to fix the issue. Pricing was broken out by option as well as cost per items required for the fix. Was educated on various types of garage cabling and parts for each aspect of the repair. I would not hesitate to work with this company again and highly recommend them for any garage repair or garage door purchase.

This was my first time having a garage door break (torsion spring broke and cables needed to be replaced). Guy was excellent. He showed up and was very friendly and informative on what happened and what needed to be replaced. The repair was done under 30 minutes. Excellent service!

When my garage door spring broke, I needed to find a repair facility that could fix it quickly. After doing some research, I chose Orange County Garage Doors based on the good reviews I read. I was happily surprised to find that they could be here in an hour. The technician was prompt and professional and ended up also changing three bearings on the twenty year old door opening system that would help to make the new springs last longer. He finished the job quickly and to my satisfaction. The door now opens more smoothly and quietly. Will definitely use this company again!

I called for services on a Saturday morning. John answered his phone and had a technician, Guy, out by 3pm. He was professional, timely and skilled. He evaluated the broken garage door and gave me options for repair or replace. I valued that he was honest and said the door was still good. Highly recommend.

Called around to get a couple of quotes from different garage doors company, OC garage doors quoted resenable price and I decided to give them the work. John came by and took some measurements, two days later the installers David and his father came by and installed the door, they were friendly, professionals & knowledgeable. It's took them two hours and get it all done, clean and great work, highly recommended !

Awesome service. I used them 5 years ago to repair & service the garage door spring mechanism. I called them back for a stripped belt on our ancient garage door power unit. I was relieved to discover that everything was the same with them as it was 5 years ago, they answered the phone right away, set up an appointment for the following week. They would have come out more quickly if I needed them to (I didn't). They showed up on time for their appointment, examined the unit and outlined my options including pricing. Not surprisingly, the several-decades old power unit was not repairable. Amazingly, no pressure to have anything done right away, no attempt to up-sell me on anything, just a neutral explanation of everything, yet they were fully prepared to replace the unit immediately if that was my decision. Since I had used them previously, and I already had general sense of how much things cost, I had them follow-through and replace the unit. They quickly replaced the unit, the switch on the wall, they tuned-up, balanced & lubricated the garage door itself, provided me with the new openers, reprogrammed an aftermarket opener that I already had, explained the phone app we can use to open/close/monitor the garage door. All in under 2 hours. I've always felt that selecting a home repair-related service is not really about money, anyone doing a bit of research will know how much things should cost but more about honesty, trustworthiness and reliability. (And from experience, the rock-bottom cheapest service or the high-end slick-marketing expensive service is rarely the right decision). It was reassuring to call the same service after 5 years and the same person as 5 years ago shows up and gives you the same type of neutral explanation of your situation as they did years ago, along with the pricing options for resolving it. I didn't realize how noisy the OLD until was until I started opening and closing the garage with the very quiet NEW unit.
