Our Story
David's passion for garage door craftsmanship began when he worked alongside his father, a renowned carpenter, building garage doors and installing openers. As a skilled carpenter in his own right, David honed his skills, specializing in custom cabinetry and fine woodworking. In the 1960s, he turned his attention to the family business, taking his father's place and continuing the tradition. When his father retired, David decided to start his own business, Automated Garage Door Systems, in 1989.
